Inside Coaching

What to Expect From Our First Coaching Call

Our first call isn’t just about business. It’s about you.

Yes, we’ll talk about numbers. We’ll look at your production, systems, and structure. But that’s not where we start. Because if we don’t understand what matters most to you, we’re not building a business that’s truly aligned; we’re just chasing results.

Here’s what to expect from our first coaching call.

We Start With the Business Basics

To know where we’re going, we have to understand where you are now.

We’ll begin with a clear snapshot of your business today:

  • What are your goals for this year?

  • What have your results looked like so far?

  • What technology or tools are you using?

  • Who’s on your team, and what roles do they play?

This gives us a baseline. From here, we need to identify what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what gaps need to be addressed first.

Then We Go Deeper

What I’ve learned after years of coaching is this: when people feel stuck in their business, it’s rarely just a tactical problem. It’s often a clarity problem.

And that’s why the second half of our first call matters just as much as the first.

  • What do you love to do outside of real estate?

  • Who are the most important people in your life?

  • What would success look like to you on December 31st, three years from now?

These questions may seem unrelated to business, but they’re the foundation. Because the best business strategies are built around what matters most to you.

We Build Your Roadmap

Once we have both the tactical and personal picture in place, we create a plan.

Not a generic checklist. Not a vague "work harder" strategy.

A roadmap that fits your life, your goals, and your stage of business.

We'll set priorities for the next:

  • 7 days: What small, intentional action can you take right now?

  • 30 days: What’s the immediate shift that will create momentum?

  • 90 days: What foundational goal will move your business forward?

From there, coaching becomes about strategy, execution, implementation, measurement, and refinement

Coaching Begins With Alignment

If you’re coming into our first call, you don’t need to have everything figured out. What you do need is honesty, openness, and a willingness to get clear.

This isn’t about impressing anyone with your numbers or dwelling on what hasn't worked. This is about building a business that aligns with your life, your values, and your version of success.

That’s where we start. And from there, we build something sustainable and powerful together.
